Equilibrium is a quarterly, well illustrated publication containing many historical, scientific and general articles about scales, weights and scale makers. For an example of this publication, click here.

An annual convention is held over a three-day weekend each Spring. The program includes social activities, illustrated lectures, field trips to prominent collections and a silent auction of scales and weights.

The quarterly newsletter, A Balanced View, contains news about the Society's activities and other matters of interest to members.  Members are eligible to purchase back issues of Equilibrium, copies of old scale catalogs, out-of-print books, special articles and art works related to scales.  The Research and Reply Service is offered free of charge to members.
